On Pro, yes. The AI reads each repair, classifies it by trade and urgency, and routes it to the right pro on your bench within the spend limits and rules you set. On Free you review and dispatch each job yourself.

Yes. One account can act as a landlord, homeowner, tenant, or pro, and you can switch portals from your avatar menu. Your data is kept separate per role, so you can move between them freely.

Yes. The built-in lease builder covers all 50 states and DC — generate a state-specific residential lease in minutes, download it for your attorney to review, then send it for remote e-signatures from every tenant.
